摘要

Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been adopted to address significant challenges in healthcare, including inefficiencies in resource allocation, clinical decision-making, and administrative processes. Healthcare organizations face rising patient volumes and operational complexities, necessitating solutions that enhance care delivery and streamline workflows. Generative AI aligns with strategic goals by offering tools such as predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning algorithms to automate tasks, optimize care, and provide data-driven insights. In this implementation, AI models were integrated into healthcare information systems via APIs, enabling real-time data exchange between AI modules and electronic health records (EHRs). The AI-driven system supported predictive analytics for patient inflow, automated clinical documentation, and administrative functions like appointment scheduling. Privacy, security, and regulatory compliance, particularly HIPAA adherence, were ensured through robust encryption protocols, role-based access controls, and regular audits. These measures safeguarded patient data while facilitating the responsible use of AI technologies.
