We consider andragogic educational model that takes into account the specific features of adult students. This analysis helps to define technologies of semantic information processing that can provide digital transformation of andragogy. Such technologies become an important factor the professionalization of engineering andragogues in wartime conditions caused by russia’s aggression that can contribute to the effectiveness of engineering and technical education and re-learning of large groups of adults. The general model of the ecosystem of engineering andragogues professionalization developed by authors of this research defines more exactly the set of main functions of this ecosystem that need in support of appropriate semantic technologies. We propose the prototype of the andragogue professionalization system AndraMedia based on the Semantic Web standards and semantic extension of the Wiki technology. This system implements the functions of the andragogue ecosystem and provides access and processing of information that can be used for andragogue activities. Basic set of AndraMedia domain-independent services and resources can be expanded by the set of modules specific to engineering and technical specialties. The use of semantic technologies provides specialized information environment that proposes to andragogues various search and analytical tools. AndraMedia services provide identification of student initial competencies and formation of their personal learning trajectories based on specific learning objects, various educational materials and courses, means of monitoring education seekers, etc.
