摘要

Adipose tissue is also known as connective tissue that is present throughout the body under the skin called subcutaneous fat. Abnormality in adipose tissue causes various metabolic disorders including obesity, hyperplasiaHyperplasia, and hypertrophyHypertrophy of adipocyte constituents which could be a risk factor for the occurrence of remodelling and development of metabolic syndrome. At present, there are various therapeutic advancements have been developed to treatAdipose tissue metabolism adipose tissue metabolism-related abnormalities. Adipose tissue secretes various biomolecules which regulates metabolic activity. However, aberrant regulation of adipose tissue collapses the metabolic pathway which leads to promote numerous metabolic syndromes. Multiple inflammatory mediatorsInflammatory mediators upregulated due to irregular adipose tissue function and cause various diseases. In this article, we will be discussing on the adipose tissue remodelling, metabolic syndrome, and its therapeutic strategies to treat the disease.
