Biological Roles of MAP Kinases
摘要
The MAP kinases are serine/threonine kinases. They implicate in the pathogenesis of various disorders such as inflammation, metabolic disease, neurodegenerative disease, and cancer. The cell signaling network of MAP kinase is very complex and continuously evolving. They are activated by a large number of upstream kinases. Biology of MAP kinases and their roles in different diseases are described here. Structure of MAPK 8, 9, 10, interaction with other kinases, and localization of MAP kinases are summarized.
