Creative AI as a Transfer Instrument for Promoting Technology Acceptance: A Practice-Oriented Approach
摘要
This chapter explores the use of creative AI applications to enhance technology acceptance among executives and employees. The article discusses the high “AI Readiness” in companies but notes a gap in motivational and acceptance transfer instruments. The approach involves coaching sessions and workshops that emphasize human creativity as the foundation of AI, aiming to demystify AI and increase trust in digital technologies. The article outlines a transfer system comprising three components: understanding AI, experimenting with AI, and reflecting on the experiences. It highlights the importance of creative AI applications, such as the cross-media artwork “Untitled” from Graziele Lautenschlaeger, to demonstrate AI’s limitations and the distinction between human and artificial creativity. The article concludes that creative AI can foster a positive emotional connection to technology, promoting AI literacy and acceptance in the workplace.
