Radial Instability
摘要
PLRI is one of the main reasons for persisting lateral elbow pain. It can occur as dislocation sequelae or as a chronic degeneration of the extensor complex. Diagnosis is made by a combination of clinical evaluation, X-ray/MRI, and arthroscopic findings. Surgical treatment is recommended for persisting symptoms. Ligament reconstruction of the lateral ulnar collateral ligament (LUCL) is supposed to be the safest way to stabilize the lateral complex. The following chapter shows the technique of ligament reconstruction using a triceps strip.
