Documentation of Elbow Arthroscopy
摘要
A diagnostic arthroscopy should be performed and documented in a standardized manner. Throughout all compartments cartilage status and synovia have to be evaluated. Ligament stability has to be tested to exclude elbow instability. Potential loose bodies and osteophytes need to be detected. The use of a checklist is recommended to ensure the entire evaluation and documentation of the elbow during arthroscopy.
