One Nation One Health Card and Patient Health Monitoring System Using IOT and Cloud Technologies
摘要
The healthcare sector plays a pivotal role in a nation's economic landscape. Despite its significance, India faces limitations in healthcare communication innovation, hindering service quality enhancement. This paper identifies the absence of an electronic healthcare system in India as a major obstacle. In response, we propose an e-Health card system designed to boost the efficiency and accessibility of healthcare services. Authorized parties can securely access patient data, doctors’ prescriptions, and medical histories through a dedicated web page. The introduction of digital records ensures improved tracking and standardized documentation of patient interactions, thereby minimizing the risk of errors. Notably, our project addresses the critical need for a comprehensive database accessible to all hospitals, particularly when transferring patients to facilities with advanced capabilities. By providing a centralized platform, our initiative aims to bridge existing gaps in the healthcare system and elevate patient care standards in India.
