Effects of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness of Technology Acceptance Model on Intention to Continue Using Generative AI: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Satisfaction and Moderating Effect of Innovation Resistance
摘要
This study analyzed whether perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness influence the intention to continue using generative AI based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Furthermore, this study analyzed whether user satisfaction has a mediating effect between perceived ease and usefulness and continuance use intention and whether innovation resistance has a moderating effect between perceived ease and usefulness and continuance use intention and between satisfaction and continuance use intention. Using a survey of 281 generative AI users, we found that perceived usefulness has a positive effect on intention to continue using AI. Furthermore, user satisfaction mediated this relationship, and innovation resistance had a negative moderating effect. These results suggest strategic measures to promote the acceptance of AI technologies, and future research should further analyze the factors of technical proficiency and innovation resistance.
