摘要

Our study delves into the application of cutting-edge blockchain technologies, namely Hyperledger Fabric, Hyperledger Indy, and IPFS, within the context of police task management on smartphones in Ho Chi Minh City. The primary objective is to ensure the integrity, security, and traceability of data pertaining to police operations. Employing encryption and verification mechanisms safeguards against unauthorized access and tampering. Notably, the system facilitates real-time progress tracking and precise report generation, leveraging blockchain’s immutable nature. Rigorous measures are in place to authenticate and secure police officer information during data interaction. Critical organizational data resides on Hyperledger Fabric, while IPFS stores multimedia files with corresponding Content IDs in the blockchain. Authentication via SSI-certified certificates and role-based access control via Hyperledger Indy reinforce data security. Deployment on Kubernetes infrastructure underscores our commitment to robust application and blockchain security. This paper elucidates the architectural intricacies, technological applications, and comprehensive testing conducted across all system components, culminating in the deployment of the mobile application system for the Ho Chi Minh City Police.
