Chemical Processing and Their Products
摘要
Conversion processes generally related to chemocatalysis, molecular deconstruction or depolymerization, thermochemistry, and structural modifications can boost the development of high-value products from lignin. In this chapter, these classes of chemical conversion processes will be treated in order to explore all possibilities to achieve several organic chemicals. A case study base on lignin cracking is also presented. And the evaluation of advantages and disadvantages according the green chemistry principles is considered.
