Nutrition in Breast Cancer

Recently, nutritional interventions in cancer treatment have been seen as a promising tool for modifying metabolism, tumor growth and development, and therapeutic response. However, because the mechanisms underlying nutrient or nutritional interventions are not yet well understood, nutritional interventions are often overlooked in cancer treatment. This chapter will focus on the impact of nutrition therapy on breast cancer.
