摘要

Breast cancer survivors often face respiratory challenges that can significantly impact their quality of life. These challenges may arise from various factors, including the cancer itself, treatment-related complications, and comorbidities. Despite significant strides in breast cancer treatment, there is a significant need for further progress regarding respiratory outcomes in breast cancer survivors. Common respiratory issues in this population include dyspnea, reduced respiratory muscle strength, and exercise intolerance. Pulmonary rehabilitation plays a crucial role in managing these challenges. Pulmonary rehabilitation programs, which combine exercise training, education, and psychological support, can benefit breast cancer survivors with respiratory issues by improving lung function, exercise tolerance, and quality of life.
