摘要

More than 50 years have passed since the adoption of Resolution 2625 (XXV) on the Declaration of Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States. A certain number of its fundamental principles appear to be in question today. This upheaval results not only from Russia’s recent aggression against Ukraine, but also from years of a policy based on a biased interpretation and application of the fundamental principles that have weakened them.
