The Courage of Education in the Anthropocene
摘要
Chapter 7 concludes this essay by picking up the thread of the investigation conducted throughout the book. It opens some prospective reflections on different research and innovative experiences of Anthropocene campuses. The example of the Catholic University of Lille is particularly mentioned with its 40,000 students, both in terms of exemplary achievements and pilot projects. After retracing the different stages that have marked this work, it concludes with an opening on the challenges of a pedagogy of complexity by integrating education in the Anthropocene as a total anthropological fact. The chapter is composed of two parts: (1) Research horizons and transmission of Anthropocene knowledge; (2) Heirs and builders of a changing world.
