Social Justice
摘要
Criminal justice is concerned with prohibitions on WFF, prohibitions that mandate restraint among individuals. Social justice is concerned with the obligations of support each person owes others in furthering a fair institutional structure for communal life. Some argue that these obligations extend so far as to include a requirement of equality of resources for each member of society. This chapter adopts a more modest position. It suggests that the obligations of support here center on redistributive efforts that aim at equalizing the life chances of each person in a polity.
