New Building Legislation and 3D Modelling
摘要
The introduction of new building legislation has also brought with it the need to display and design buildings in 3D. Such 3D modelling not only allows for a three-dimensional representation of buildings, but also enables the analysis of spatial relationships of 3D objects. Each element of a 3D object allows the attachment of non-graphical attributes, which means that for each type of buildings such attributes should be clearly defined (e.g. in the form of a database). The aim of the study is to analyze the new construction legislation and to take it into account when creating 3D models and the necessary attributes for underground technical infrastructure.
