System for Self-Care Support of Inpatient and/or Home Care Patients by Monitoring Vital Signs with an IoT-Self-Adaptive Prototype: A Systematic Study

In this article a systematic review is made on approaches, strategies and models for the attention and care of patients with hospitalization and/or home care, this mapping offers a starting point for the development of a new proposal that is aligned with current advances in technology; where the well-being of the patient is guaranteed, having a process model for the attention and care that allows synthesizing the elements of a concrete situation of the user experience in the triad Health-Disease-Care, being the technological mediation a key factor to achieve the objective of well-being.
