摘要

Currently, the implementation of learning outcomes in the Systems Engineering program at the Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander Ocaña (UFPSO) seeks to align the curriculum with national and international standards to improve educational quality through competency-based assessments. This study evaluated students of Proyecto Integrator I, II and III during the first semester of 2022, using a classroom project strategy. The findings show progressive skill development in alignment to the revised Bloom's Taxonomy, from the acquisition of foundational knowledge to the ability to formulate and evaluate complex solutions. The study not only assesses student progress, but also guides curricular adjustments to effectively meet learning objectives. The project-based learning strategy fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, promotes inquiry-oriented learning, and prepares students to face real challenges in the field of systems engineering. The results led to the conclusion that the implementation of learning outcomes and assessment through projects in the classroom represents a significant advance towards the improvement of educational standards and the adaptation of the program to the current and future demands of the technology sector.
