摘要

The ethical norms of artificial intelligence (AI) have been compared with approaches from science fiction in this study. The evolution of AI representation in literature, ranging from Karel Čapek’s “R.U.R." to contemporary works such as “Ex Machina" and “Her," has been analyzed. Utopian visions of AI, where technology assists in achieving equity, justice, and improved quality of life, have been contrasted with dystopian scenarios highlighting the risks of totalitarian control, surveillance, and dehumanization. This paper aims to draw parallels between these literary representations and current ethical frameworks to inform policy and regulation development. By examining how utopian and dystopian views of AI have evolved, insights into balancing technological advancements with fundamental human values such as freedom, dignity, and justice have been provided.
