The Nigerian experience of climatic disorder is characterised by flood crisis, drought, low agricultural yield and water shortages, amongst others, in different parts of the country. With human activities identified as a major cause of climate change, the need to ensure public enlightenment on the topic is imperative. This chapter investigated content framing on climate change issues in three Nigerian newspapers over the period of one year. A number of sub-frames were identified, some for adaptation, some for mitigation, one neutral sub-frame and several that were employed as both mitigation and adaptation. It is important for Nigerian newspapers to be proactive in their reportage on climate change and not wait till a climate crisis occurs, as this is pivotal for public understanding of the issue.
