Astronomy with the Naked Eye

Many ancient cultures acquired a profound knowledge of the sky, but the celestial bodies available for their observations were only those visible with the naked human eye, and from the point of view of an observer on the Earth. In this first chapter, the basics of astronomy with the naked eye and the apparent motion of the Sun, the Moon, the Stars and the planets are introduced.
