Minimally Invasive Lipoabdominoplasty (MILA)

The treatment of diastasis recti in patients with a dermo-fat flap is not standardized and can be performed using different techniques. We present an alternative for the minimally invasive management of patients with abdominal diastasis associated with a dermo-fat flap by combining three procedures: Vaser® + Endoscopy + Renuvion® or MILA tactic. Based on our preliminary experience, the combination of the three procedures is safe and effective in selected cases.
