Hepatic Arterial Infusion Therapy: Considerations for Concurrent Systemic Therapy
摘要
Hepatic arterial infusional chemotherapy is an essential treatment modality in the management of patients with advanced colorectal and bile duct cancers. All modern hepatic arterial infusion programs use systemic anticancer therapy in combination with hepatic arterial infusional chemotherapy to maximize intra-and extrahepatic responses. This chapter will focus on the evidence for, selection of, and integration of concurrent systemic therapy for patients receiving hepatic arterial infusional therapies for advanced colorectal and bile duct cancers.
