摘要
Entrepreneurial potential, essential for innovation and economic growth, is supported through a multifaceted approach encompassing education, resource accessibility, risk embracement, and supportive ecosystems. Literature underscores the significance of training methodologies, activities, and crucial entrepreneurial stages as drivers of success. Mentoring, networking opportunities, and financial support emerge as fundamental elements in promoting entrepreneurial endeavours, fostering a mindset of resilience and risk-taking. Active learning, specialized courses, and practical internships augment skill development across different entrepreneurial stages, encouraging critical thinking and risk readiness. In this research a qualitative approach was employed, conducting a focused group discussion with 12 experienced entrepreneurs. The method facilitated diverse insights and perspectives, unveiling strategies for entrepreneurial promotion. Structured discussions and participant interaction highlighted crucial aspects, subsequently analysed to identify prevalent themes and effective strategies. This research highlights the necessity for fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems through inclusive, supportive, and educationally robust environments, nurturing a culture of innovation and sustained success.
