Design of Petition Information Tracking Management System Based on Information Flow

The current petition management information system in the petition information management function is limited, petition information carrying capacity, slow feedback, tracking difficulties, and other issues. In response to these problems, this paper proposes the idea of applying information flow to petition tracking management. This paper analyzes the current development status of information flow, petition, and its information management system. A tracking mechanism is established for the information flow of petitions in the work system of the letter and visit maintenance and stability to realize progress monitoring of letter and visit information sources, business detection, and dynamic archiving of information flow. At the same time, the petition information system is realized by the two subsystems of the petition case file system, and the petition case retrieval system is constructed to assist in the realization of the information flow tracking mechanism. By applying new technologies to optimize the information management process of the petition, it can creatively improve the management level of petition services, enhance the service quality and work efficiency of letters and visits, and assist in the automation, informatization, and comprehensiveness of letters and visits work.
