Study on the Process of University Attendance Information Management Based on “Hot Stove Effect”

In view of the current issues such as the difficulty of implementing the attendance work of university staff, the backwardness of attendance tools, the unreasonable attendance system and the weak incentive effect, this paper proposes to apply the concept of “hot stove effect” to the attendance management of university staff. This paper explains the design concept of integrating the disciplinary characteristics of “hot stove effect” into the attendance system, and designs a system based on the “hot stove effect” in conjunction with the actual attendance work of college staff. This system can effectively promote college staff to pay attention to attendance work, strengthen their discipline, enhance their efficiency and motivation, and ensure the normal operation of school teaching order.
