Knowledge Management Through Organizational Cybernetic Theory: Insights of a Bibliometric Analysis

This article is aimed to realize a bibliometric analysis on knowledge management, considering its principles in the management of organizations from the theory of organizational cybernetics, for this methodologically, a search for scientific information was carried out in the Scopus database, applying a quantitative approach that allowed to examine the developments and indicators of the topics. Considering the criteria of validity, visibility, and impact. In this way, it has been possible to identify and study the theoretical development of knowledge management in the field of organizations, allowing to deepen aspects such as the need to promote collaboration between organizational interfaces and the transfer of information, as well as the relevance of new technological developments, identifying the role of knowledge management in organizations and applicable models. As a conclusion of these considerations, knowledge management has been reflected on as a practical possibility, although they still face different challenges within the framework of new information technologies and knowledge applied to organizations.
