Adaptation of a Management Model Structure for the Entrepreneurship “Paradero Turístico Bendición de Dios”. Santa Elena—Ecuador

The current work picks up as an example, the needs that entrepreneurships in Santa Elena province - Ecuador have, especially in the field of administration, in order to guide them towards a sustainability reflected on social compromise and economic stability. In the theoretical framework it was performed and examination of many theories, tendencies and structures of management models applied to the businesses, such variable analyzed as well from their own context and realities. With this research it was inferred in some postulates that contribute to the object of study, whereby the investigation methodology approached with a descriptive-type application acknowledging characteristics, conditions, situations and other details for a clearer visualization about the Tourist Stop “Bendición de Dios”; from there, to propose a management model that collects some administrative tools, such as the canvas model and central element, the value proposition stablished in the implementation of a distribution system for a cold food line, addressed to cafeterias of local communities. Primary and secondary sources of information were considering, using surveys and interviews techniques applied to the business owner and potential customers. At the discussion of the results, some elements of a management model were applied at an entrepreneurial level, such as: integral schematic, business philosophy, strategic map, offering services, canvas model, internal relationship, strategies delimitation, start-up procedures, budget, monitoring committee confirmation, results assessment and indicators verification. Among the conclusions, scientific references, entrepreneurship opportunities and the constancy of the owners were emphasized, the adaptation of the management models on small business and the elaboration of viable strategies.
