摘要

This study aims to outline the relationship between corporate mobility and information and communication technology (ICT) through the lens of hospitality. Corporate mobility involves diverse business functions, encompassing tasks from managerial oversight and business expansion to training, corporate events, and various other business activities. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted, following as a protocol the guidelines contained in the PRISMA 2020. The final sample consisted of nine articles published between 2003 and 2023. To select the documents, we adopted inclusion, exclusion, and quality criteria. Through the analysis of corporate mobility and ICT usage from the hospitality perspective, we underscore its significance as a pivotal factor in human evolution and a crucial aspect of social bonding and interactions, even within virtual realms. Hospitality’s multidisciplinary nature makes it a potent tool for effective social analysis and evaluating everyday experiences like business travel and ICT use, whether as an alternative to certain travel modes or a supplement in coordinating business relationships.
