This study sought to understand the challenges of unskilled migrant workers in the Lafarge Cement Plant, Ewekoro and investigated the effect of work on the social, family and religious lives of unskilled migrant workers. It also described the methods adopted by these workers in the management of organizational hazards and risks. The goal of the study was to enhance the work-life balance of unskilled migrant workers in Lafarge Cement Plant. This study adopted an exploratory research design. The result showed that unskilled migrant workers do not equally face the same challenges and are not subjected to the same conditions due to the disparity in their work departments, social time depends on work and workers are significantly exposed to hazards.
