Pedagogical Model in Neurodidactics for the Mathematics Area of the Upper Sublevel, in the Eloy Alfaro Educational Unit, 2023–2024

Mathematics requires diversified teaching processes in the different levels of education, since most of the teachers who teach this discipline tend to apply different pedagogical models, the traditional one since its content requires memorizing the processes at the time of performing specific operations. In view of this, we propose a pedagogical model based on neurodidactics as a process of teaching practice for the area of mathematics at the Eloy Alfaro Educational Unit. The research approach was mixed since it involved the triangulation of qualitative and quantitative information. The present model was developed under the process of brain-friendly classes which executes from motivation, opening the sensory memory, generating reflection, recoding, feedback, practice, review, recovery; it is concluded that the pedagogical model provides opportunities in the teaching practice, allowing social, emotional and cognitive development in students.
