This article addresses legal education in Ecuadorian educators by focusing on the development of a pedagogical model to improve the understanding and application of legal regulations in the teaching practice. Based on contemporary educational theories, the proposed model seeks to provide a structured and coherent framework to guide the teaching and learning process of relevant legal aspects. Among the authors consulted as theoretical references are: González, (2020), Guerra, J. (2020), Pillajo, A. (2019), Vergelin, J. (2023), among others of great relevance. The theoretical foundations are based on constructivist and socioconstructivist approaches. Didactic projections and methodological strategies provide a dynamic and participatory learning environment. In addition, curricular projections are proposed to ensure the integration of legal aspects in the curriculum and strategies are proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of legal training in teaching practice. It presents a comprehensive and effective approach with the aim of improving educational quality and ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the educational field.
