This research work focuses on the use of graph theory and social network analysis as a methodological and didactic tool for establishing defensive and offensive strategies in a sport that captivates millions of people worldwide, football. The research paradigm used was quantitative, descriptive, explanatory, and correlational. The study population has been selected by random convenience sampling and is made up of members of the Al-Nassr FC soccer team in which Cristiano Ronaldo plays. One of the main conclusions obtained focuses on the feasibility of using graph theory and social network analysis as part of the establishment of strategies, which could be extrapolated to any soccer team as part of its game dynamics with the purpose of improving the performance of its players.
