Caudal Septal Deflections
摘要
The caudal septum is the most often affected part of the nose due to trauma and previous surgery. It is a major support for the nasal tip. It is crucial to examine this portion of the nose to reveal the existing problem. The pathologic conditions are listed as subluxation, concavity, retraction, fracture, and missing caudal septum in this chapter. The correction of these problems can be done by splinting or replacement techniques. The details of these techniques are presented by using illustrations, pictures, and videos.
