City Reputation: A Comparative Analysis of Baghdad and Tokyo
摘要
Reputation is a globally key success factor where cities compete vigorously to foster public and private investments and to manage their resources and reputation. Cities often proceed into degradation and excellence, in particular the degradation of historical and cultural values. This paper explores the importance of city reputations drawing on the global reputation-achieving standards recognized annually, and the generation of reputation-related indicators. The study, therefore, aims to explore the standards, indicators, and dimensions of the city reputation. To this end, the study adopts a quantitative approach in data collection and analysis by comparing two cities, Baghdad and Tokyo.
