Towards Global Law of Sustainable Development
摘要
This chapter provides an overview of the initiatives taken within the context of Post-2015 Development Agenda with respect to the materialisation of the goals and targets of the SDGs. This chapter concludes that, during the three-year-long negotiation process, all five criteria were thoroughly observed, and, at the end of this unprecedented process, the very first rules of GLSD were finally adopted, namely the SDGs.
