This chapter proposes to establish and analyze the characteristics of human resources, under the magnifying glass of ethics, based on jealousy, the degree of perversity, and the thirst for power. A particular typology of personality traits emerges, centered on unethical behaviors in organizations. It is essential for top management to fully understand this typology to know with which categories of people they are dealing. Understanding this typology will thus contribute to better corporate governance by allowing the higher authorities of the company to avoid the pitfalls, the deviousness, and the abuses and slippages that emerge from lower-level managers and employees considered the most perverse, jealous, and power-hungry. In light of this typology, governance system will be able to detect unethical behavior and emphasize rules meant to promote integrity for better corporate governance.
