Private International Law of Group Insurance
摘要
The CJEU’s recent case law has had a great impact on the law of insurance intermediation as well as on insurance contract law. Its influence on private international law may be equally strong. This chapter mainly concerns the determination of the applicable law under the Rome I Regulation. The author expects that the CJEU will extend its case law to the question of applicable law.
