Recommendation Systems: Models, Techniques, Application Fields and Ethical Challenges
摘要
This article provides a comprehensive review of recommendation systems, focusing on models, techniques, application fields, and ethical challenges. The findings show a strong link between the growth of recommendation system and the business growth of applied service fields. Furthermore, the article identifies six ethical challenges related to recommender systems and discusses different kinds of ethical impact. The paper brings attention to the need for a more comprehensive approach to ethical assessments of recommender systems that considers the interests of various stakeholders.
