Comprehensive Review of Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning Methodology
摘要
DDMRP, or Demand-Driven Material Requirements Planning, is an innovative approach to Supply Chain Management aimed at enhancing responsiveness, visibility, and operational efficiency. In contrast to traditional methods of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), which often rely on forecasts and long-term planning, DDMRP focuses on dynamically managing actual demand and real-time material flows. The aim of this article is to examine and discuss the temporal evolution of DDMRP, its implementation context, and the research themes explored in this field. The systematic literature review approach adopted in this study explores research works related to DDMRP between 2011 and now. So far, the majority of publications have focused on performance analysis and comparison of DDMRP with other methods, as well as case studies and research centered on methodological optimization through DDOM and machine learning.
