Handicraft Supply Chain Management: Towards an Intelligent System Based on IoT, Blockchain, and Machine Learning
摘要
The integration of blockchain, IoT, and machine learning presents a transformative opportunity for revolutionizing supply chain management. Handicrafts, characterized by their unique designs and traditional cultural significance, have gained popularity as tourist souvenirs. However, the complexity of the handicraft supply chain, involving multiple stakeholders and manual processes such as weaving, carving, and hand-painting, has led to inefficiencies and a lack of standardization. This paper highlights the potential of blockchain IoT, and machine learning technologies in creating a distributed, immutable ledger for recording information on handicrafts, thereby enhancing traceability and reliability in the supply chain. Additionally, the incorporation of IoT sensors can provide real-time monitoring of environmental conditions during transit, ensuring the preservation of delicate materials. The application of machine learning algorithms further enables predictive analytics, optimizing production schedules, and reducing waste. This innovation promises to introduce a new era of traceability and reliability in the supply chain, guaranteeing a meticulous journey for artisanal creations from their initial creation through the entire Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) cycle to the hands of consumers.
