Nobody is supposed to ignore the law. This maxim recognizes the importance of not neglecting the law by any citizen. The digital age amplifies the fluidity of access to the law and contributes positively to applying this adage. This is why having a 100% digital legal arsenal is essential at the level of each State governed by the rule of law. The main objective of this document is to provide a specific overview of the digital state of the Moroccan legal arsenal and to propose an action plan aimed at creating a digital platform open to the public bringing together the legislative and regulatory background of the Kingdom of Morocco.
