Quality of Urban Life in Argentine Cities: An Integrative Analysis

In an effort to synthesize the various intra-urban analyses presented in the previous chapters, we applied a principal component analysis that allows us to reduce dimensionality and comparatively characterize the 23 cities according to the behavior and interrelation of the socioeconomic and environmental variables examined: incomplete elementary education, university education, without health insurance, overcrowding, without toilet seats, flooding, garbage dumps, and precarious settlements.
