摘要

Climate change and its impact on the fate of humanity is one of the biggest challenges of today and a key topic of global discussion. Enormous economic activity, complex technologies, and rapidly growing ecologically destructive humanity have led to significant disruptions of the planetary ecological system. New scientific achievements and technological advancements have significantly benefited humanity, enabling easier exploitation of nature, and improving life quality. However, these advancements have also led to anthropogenic impacts on the environment, contributing to climate change through increased greenhouse gas emissions. Climate change adversely affects global agriculture and food security by causing extreme weather events, disrupting crop production, and elevating food prices. Agriculture both contributes to and suffers from climate change, as agricultural activities emit significant greenhouse gases and face challenges like soil infertility and water scarcity. Understanding climate change is crucial for planning adaptation strategies to ensure sustainable food systems. Technological innovations and sustainable practices are essential to enhance agricultural resilience. Future research should focus on sustainable practices, soil health, and climate smart technologies to mitigate climate change effects and ensure long-term food security.
