摘要

Those who think that computers might be helpful in solving problems had to accomplish an important task. Specifically, they had to organize and manage events and behavior. They had to identify and regulate useful information in a systematic manner. After all, society and nature consist of a myriad of contrasting and conflicting elements. Therefore, the question was: How can order be brought to this condition? Empiricism and computation became the answer to this query.
