Artificial Intelligence and the Law: The Complexities of Technology and Legalities

This study explores the complex relationship between law and artificial intelligence (AI). This study discusses the legal implications, challenges, and opportunities for AI development. The introduction provides an overview of this research. The introduction discusses in detail the impact of artificial intelligence on various institutions and explains the need for comprehensive regulation of the new technology due to its specificity and response to old ethical problems. The research methodology is a qualitative method that adopts a descriptive approach and analytical instruments to review the existing literature and then summarize the most important points to be reviewed in this study. In this method, the researcher uses the terminology of the literature in question, reviewing it, starting with a systematic review of administrative and judicial law texts, and then proceeding to analyze and write a report on the issue of the relationship between AI and law in accordance with international law and customs regulations. The review aimed to identify existing gaps in the AI regulatory regime and ethical issues in the field, such as liability, authority and human control. By answering research questions, the researcher can identify recent trends directly related to AI management. In summary, the researcher’s perspective can be summarized in the need for proactive regulation in the tobacco era, based on the AI legal event diagram contributing to an appropriate balance with technology for innovation that supports human rights and social values.
