The Enforcement International Treaties of Human Rights in the Jordanian Law

The objective of this study is to present an overview of international treaties and their significance as primary sources of international law. Emphasis is placed on understanding the processes involved in incorporating treaties into domestic legal systems, with a specific emphasis on treaties pertaining to human rights at the international level. These treaties include binding principles as well as non-ratification or non-acceptance of other human rights treaties and their compliance with the standards of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Second, the study focused on Jordanian case law and legislation dealing with the clash between international law and domestic law.
