The Impact of Dynamic Capabilities on Entrepreneurial Performance: An Empirical Study of SMEs
摘要
The current study aimed to discover the impact of Dynamic Capabilities on Entrepreneurial Performance. This research focused on managers from SMEs in Jordan. The primary data for this research was gathered through a self-administered questionnaire. The structural equation path coefficients, providing insights into the relationships among the latent constructs in the research model. Entrepreneurial Performance was demonstrated to be significantly influenced by Reconfiguration capability, followed by Seizing capability, and finally Sensing capability.
