The study aims to identify the role of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems’ Solutions in amplifying educational services in the Jordanian higher education environment. This study utilizes an analytical descriptive approach using a data collection tool that was distributed by stratified sampling method to (1000) students from Jordanian Universities, (645) of them were retrieved and analyzed. The study utilized the applicable statistical methods using the (SPSS) program. The study concludes a set of results, the most important of which are that there is a statistically significant role for the application of ERP systems’ solutions in enhancing educational services using Jordanian Universities as a sample. This case study provides valuable insights to academia to gain a nuanced understanding of how ERP systems impact educational services in Jordanian universities.
